Just your IC (MyKad) or passport for foreigners. We'll take a copy for our records. A refundable deposit of RM100-RM500 is required depending on the wheelchair type.

Can I rent a wheelchair for airport pickup?

Yes! We offer airport delivery to KLIA, KLIA2, Penang Airport, and Senai Airport. Just provide your flight details and we'll meet you at arrivals.

What if the wheelchair breaks during rental?

Normal wear and tear is covered. For accidental damage, you may be liable for repair costs. We offer optional damage protection for RM10/day.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes, we deliver to all major hospitals in Malaysia including government and private hospitals. Just WhatsApp us your ward details.

Can I extend my rental period?

Absolutely. Just WhatsApp or call us before your rental ends. We'll extend it and adjust the billing accordingly.

Is the wheelchair airline approved?

Our travel wheelchairs are approved by most airlines including AirAsia, Malaysia Airlines, and Singapore Airlines. They can be checked in or carried on board.

Do you offer rent-to-own options?

Yes! If you've been renting for 3+ months, we offer rent-to-own plans where your rental payments go towards the purchase price.

How do I return the wheelchair?

We'll collect from your location on the agreed return date. Alternatively, you can drop it off at our outlets in KL, Penang, or JB.
